DESCRIPTION:Lifestyle Fitness - the pulse of our Community!\n\n\n\nJoin us for the 26th Annual Health & Fitness Festival as over 70 local businesses and non-profits share their expertise\, products and services.\n\n\n\nFree screenings will be offerred including skin cancer\, blood pressure\, podiatry & vein.\n\n\n\nFree classes will be offerred throughout the day and include Boxing\, Zumba\, self-defense\, yoga and martial arts.\n\n\n\nA special appearance from master of the P90X Fitness Phenomenon Tony Horton\, will be on the Main Stage at 1pm\, to lead a workout and meet his fans.\n\n\n\nAnd at 3pm\, if you think you can dance\, join us as former So You Think You Can Dance contestant\, renowned B-Boy "Machine" Jeffery McCann and the West Bound dance troupe to learn the National Dance Day routine.
