DESCRIPTION:The City of Santa Monica is working to establish a bikeshare system and is seeking input and cooperation from Chamber members. \n\n	Bikeshare will make bicycles available free or at low cost for short trips throughout the City and is part of an overall program to provide better access to and within the City.  A system could be implemented as early as Summer 2013. \n\n	\n\n	The City is especially interested in partnering with businesses interested in bikeshare on or near their property. \n\n	\n\n	Lucy Dyke\, Deputy Director for Special Projects\, will give a brief overview\, explain more about what the City is seeking from station partners\, and answer questions.
