SUMMARY:Parent-Toddler Groups
DESCRIPTION:ECPC has been providing parenting groups to the Los Angeles Community since 1970. We offer parent-infant groups\, parent-toddler groups\, parent-preschooler groups and parent-only groups\, as well as individual parent coaching. Central to ECPC's philosophy is the importance of providing parents with the skills to address their child's developmental milestones. Our staff are licensed Marriage and Family Therapists\, Psychologists and Child Development Specialists who have a solid foundation in early childhood development. Our groups give parents the opportunity to meet and connect with other families\, receive professional guidance and answers to all of their parenting questions and learn how to trust their own ability as a new parent. Our very high staff-to-participant ratio allows for individualized attention.  \n\n \n\nIn our parent-infant groups we provide guidance adjusting to parenthood\, address feeding and sleep routines and provide personalized child development knowledge. The infant groups meet weekly for 1 hour and 15 minutes.\n\n \n\nIn our parent-toddler groups we foster the child's social-emotional development\, prepare the child for preschool\, and provide personalized child development knowledge. The toddler groups meet weekly for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
