DESCRIPTION:GOATOTE   A couple of Santa Monica residents recently reached out to our office. They are launching a reusable bag rental kiosk program. Basically\, the kiosks are placed in businesses (retail\, grocery stores\, hotels) and consumers take and return bags at the kiosk. The customer is only charged if the bag is not returned in 30 days. They are looking for businesses to pilot with in Santa Monica. I thought the Sustainability Business Council might be a good channel for them.
