Nikka Whisky & Spirits Bar Takeover at The Lobster

Molecular mixologist Tony Bennett from The Alchemists’ Garden in Paso Robles is coming to The Lobster for a complete bar takeover on Friday, September 4 from 5–8 PM, mixing up a special menu of cocktails featuring Nikka Whisky & Spirits — whisky, gin and vodka. Chef Govind Armstrong will be making small bites to pair with the cocktails. 

Tony has been behind the bar since 2011, getting his start in high-volume sports bars and nightclubs before finding his way into the world of craft cocktails. In 2020, he co-founded The Alchemists’ Garden in downtown Paso Robles, where his drinks draw inspiration from old cocktail lore, vintage recipes, and the incredible farms, wineries, and distilleries of California’s Central Coast.
