Mr. Andy Riabokin
Andy Riabokin is a Santa Monica–based talent and technology leader with 30+ years of experience helping companies hire and scale. He is a Talent Delivery Architect at Honeit Solutions, where he helps teams streamline screening and intake conversations, capture structured candidate data, and share interview insights so stakeholders align faster and hiring decisions improve.
Andy’s background spans executive search, recruiting leadership, and HR tech. He held leadership roles at Robert Half (including Managing Director, Executive Search), led recruiting/people functions in high-growth tech, and supported venture-backed companies through talent strategy and executive search. Internationally, he served as Head of Southern & Eastern Europe at Pentasia, leading hiring across multiple markets.
He stays active in the talent community as a member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) Membership Engagement Committee.
